★ Rights of the ArtistThe artist has the right to decline a commission.The artist retains copyright of the works and all preliminary works (sketches, drafts, studies, etc.). Misuse, reselling, or theft by anyone is strictly prohibited.No NFT or AI use.The artist may use finished commissions for their portfolio and post to social media unless requested otherwise by the client beforehand.

★ Rights of the ClientThe artist will never disclose any personal information provided by the client to anyone outside the agreement.Upon receipt of the full payment, the client has the right to use the work for personal use ONLY with proper credits to the artist.

★ PricingPrices are provided in the Request Form.Each commission type has a base price. Final price will vary based on the style and additional features the client requests.After submitting a Request Form, a quote will be sent to the client containing a detailed breakdown of the fees.
> The client is free and highly encouraged to verify the correctness of the final price before payment.

★ PaymentAccepted currencies are USD (US Dollars) and PHP (Philippine Peso)Accepted payment channels are:
> International: Artistree, PayPal
> Philippines: GCash, MayaThe client can choose between 2 payment schemes:
a.) 100% = pay full price upfront
or
b.) 50-50 = pay 50% of total price on agreement, then remaining balance on completing commission
> Client is required to pay remaining balance within 5 working days to receive unwatermarked deliverables.

★ Commercial UseCommercial use = +50% of the total price.i.e. printed products [posters, packaging, flyers, postcards, etc.], online promotions [social media content], and merchandise [t-shirts, bags, stickers, keychains, acrylic stands, etc.] to sellPlease consult with the artist if unsure.

★ Refunds & CancellationNo refunds & no cancellation after the initial draft/sketch has been sentFull refunds are available when:
> Artist has not made any progress within the full duration of the delivery time stated in the Request Form
> Artist cannot finish the commission for whatever reason

★ Commission ProcessClient: submits Request Form via Artistree

Artist: contacts client, discusses final price, accepts/rejects commission (2-3 days)

Artist: sends a quote to client
Client: pays initial payment (max 5 days)

Artist: starts an initial draft/sketch, sends to client (5-7 days)
Artist: sends updates on 10%, 50% & 90% completion (~ days)
Client: receives watermarked version of the final product
> Revisions
Artist: works on revisions (~ days)
> Finishing Up
Client: pays any remaining balance (max 5 days)
Artist: sends unwatermarked deliverables (2-3 days)

★ Communication & DeliveryCommunication between the artist and client will be done thru Artistree, E-mail, or Discord.All deliverables will be uploaded to a Google Drive and sent to the client.The artist can only send watermarked, low quality versions of the commission until the client can settle any remaining balance.

★ DeadlinesDeadlines for each commission type are provided in the Request Form.Countdown to the deadline starts when the artist receives the initial payment.Upon accepting the commission, the client is given 5 days to settle payment (if 50-50 scheme, only initial payment) for the artist to start the commission.
> If payment is not made by this time, the artist will forfeit the commission.

★ RevisionsUp to 2 major revisions are allowed free of charge. Additional revisions after are charged +10% of the total commission price. Minor revisions are always free of charge.> Major revisions = poses, expressions, composition, layout, major colors
> Minor revisions = small accessories, change of bg color, (anything easy to change)
